BRU Broth review: Bone broth + cold pressed juice fusion

Hi everyone – I hope you’re having a great Thursday! I’m so excited to share a new product with you this week – BRU Broth which is a fusion of bone broth and cold pressed vegetable juices, offering you the benefits of both products in one.

Bone broth is a newer product on the mainstream health & wellness marketplace. Bone broth is made by slowly simmering chicken or beef bones until beneficial compounds and minerals like collagen, glycine, proline and glutamine are released. What does all this do?

These components of bones are beneficial to skin and joint health as well as improving digestion and gut health. BRU broth is made exclusively from USDA organic chicken and beef bones and comes in 6 flavors – include greens, beet, tumeric and ginger, cayenne, conconut and there’s even one with coffee and cocoa.

How do I like my BRU broth? While I liked all the flavors, the Hot Greens was my favorite. I enjoyed my BRU in the late afternoon/early evening – when I typically start snacking on Goldfish while making dinner for my toddler. It’s also a great option for a late morning snack or really anytime of day.
